TSG acts as consultants and sales agents for airlines, hotels, car rental companies, tour operators, cruise lines, and other service providers listed in your itinerary or confirmation (“Suppliers”). TSG may also refer to these Suppliers as vendors or partners in its correspondence. While TSG aims to assist with your travel arrangements, TSG is not responsible for the actions or inactions of these Suppliers, including their ability to meet schedules, provide services or refunds, address financial difficulties, or honor future travel credits.
a) You acknowledge that your travel plans may be disrupted or canceled by a Supplier, a government authority, or another third party outside of TSG’S control. You further understand that the cancellation, rebooking, and refund policies of the Suppliers will be adhered to. Additionally, TSG does not have specific knowledge of a Supplier’s financial stability.
b) If TSG is listed as the merchant on your credit card transaction, please note that TSG’S role is limited to providing guidance, facilitating the sale, and transferring payment to the Supplier. In the event a Supplier fails to deliver the service or ceases operations, your claim must be directed to the Supplier, not to TSG. By proceeding, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or unauthorized refund request against us that falls outside the terms of this Agreement. Additionally, you agree to cover any legal fees TSG may incur in disputing such claims.Travel Advisories, Risk Awareness and Responsibility

U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT)
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
Additionally, U.S. citizens traveling or residing abroad are encouraged to register with the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP), a free service provided by the U.S. Government. STEP allows you to provide information about your trip, enabling the Department of State to assist you in emergencies. Registration is available at https://step.state.gov/step/.Travel Insurance
TSG is not an insurance provider and, therefore, is not qualified to answer questions about travel protection policies. Without travel protection, you acknowledge and agree that if you cancel, change, or interrupt your plans, or if your plans are altered for any reason due to external circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, supplier bankruptcies, etc.), portions of your travel may be non-refundable. In such cases, TSG’S and the Suppliers’ cancellation policies will apply, potentially resulting in the loss of up to the full cost of your travel booking and related expenses. It is your responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage. TSG strongly encourages you to select the coverage that best suits your needs and are happy to present you with options and facilitate the purchase of travel insurance on your behalf, should you inquire.
Personal Information
TSG requires certain information to facilitate travel arrangements, including, but not limited to, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and, in some cases, passport or driver’s license details. This information will be kept on file. It is your responsibility to inform TSG of any changes to your personal information after such information has been initially provided.Proper Documentation and Requirements
All passengers must present an acceptable form of photo identification to travel. It is your responsibility to ensure that all criteria are properly met prior to travel.
a) Beginning May 7, 2025, U.S. domestic travelers will be required to present either a passport or Real ID-compliant identification to board an aircraft. To check if your state-issued ID is Real ID-compliant, please visit The Department of Homeland Security.
b) A valid passport is required for all international travel. Please note that many countries require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond your date of entry or intended departure.
c) Many destinations may also have additional requirements, such as visas, which must be obtained prior to departure. For U.S. citizens, TSG recommends visiting Sherpa to assist in determining the requirements for the countries you are visiting or transiting through. If you are a non-U.S. citizen, different immigration requirements may apply, and it is your responsibility to contact the appropriate consulate(s) to ensure compliance. Without the proper identification, passport, and necessary visas, you will not be allowed to travel. If you need assistance with obtaining passports or visas, TSG can recommend vendors to help you.
d) Some countries may deny entry to individuals with criminal convictions, and others may require consent from both parents for minors to travel. Be sure to confirm all applicable requirements before your trip. Best practice is to review Entry and Exit requirements on the US Department of State’s Learn about your Destination TabThird-Party Supplier Engagement Disclaimers
The airlines, hotels, cruises, and other suppliers whose travel or other services are offered are independent third parties and are not subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, or employees of TSG or its host agency, Protravel International.Neither TSG nor its host agency, Protravel International, assumes liability for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of these suppliers. This includes, but is not limited to, any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from their actions.
12.1 Bankruptcy
Neither TSG nor its host agency, Protravel International, is legally authorized to refund funds collected on behalf of any Supplier. Once collected, these funds become the property of the respective Supplier, and TSG is legally obligated to adhere to the Supplier's policies and directives.
12.2 Accommodations
Hotel and resort check-in and check-out times vary and will be provided in your itinerary. While TSG can request early check-ins or late check-outs on your behalf, TSG cannot guarantee these requests unless additional dates are secured.12.3 Commercial Flights
TSG, and/or it’s host agency, Protravel International do not assume liability for, and are unable to provide, any refund in the event of delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, travel restrictions, force majeure, or other causes beyond TSG’S direct control.
i. Overbooked Flights: Flights may be overbooked, and a passenger denied boarding may be entitled to compensation. Rules for denied boarding compensation are available at all ticket counters. It is the traveler’s responsibility to address these matters directly with the airline.
ii. Check-In Times: Airline check-in times can vary, so it is recommended that you arrive at the airport 2 to 3 hours before your scheduled departure. This allows sufficient time to navigate security measures, which may cause delays, and to meet the airline’s baggage check-in deadlines. Failing to arrive on time may result in denied boarding for you or your luggage.
iii. Lost or Delayed Baggage: Unfortunately, baggage can sometimes be lost or delayed. It is the traveler’s responsibility to complete and submit any necessary forms at the airport where the issue occurred. TSG is unable to assist with recovering luggage unless this step has been completed.
iv. Changes or Cancelations: Changes or cancellations to your flight itinerary must be made before the originally scheduled departure, as no value will remain after that time.
v. Additional Supplier Policies:
In addition to the previously mentioned Suppliers and their services, private aviation providers, cruise lines, destination management companies (DMCs), tour operators, restaurants, and others have their own guarantees and cancellation policies. These policies often include refundable or non-refundable deposits and cancellation fees, which may involve a portion of the total cost or a percentage (or the full cost) being charged if a cancellation or change occurs within a specified time frame. It is the traveler’s responsibility to understand these policies fully.Choice of Law and Venue
