About Us

When entering into an agreement with our clients, we understand the importance of confidentiality and are committed to safeguarding all information provided to us. We will sign, and when necessary, require our vendors to sign a confidentiality agreement.

As a fee-based business, we offer a wide range of services with fees tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Below is a general overview for your consideration.

Our services include, but are not limited to, arranging flights, transportation, tours, dining, spa experiences, show tickets, childcare, concierge airport assistance, and more. We provide consultation and execution services for your travel arrangements. Execution of these services involves third-party providers, including our host agency, Protravel International, as well as the providers of the aforementioned services. Consequently, we are bound by their policies when confirming services. We will communicate these policies clearly, and it is your responsibility to adhere to them or accept any associated penalties.

We work exclusively with active clientele and provide stand-alone arrangements only for those maintaining an ongoing relationship with us. If you are seeking a one-time airline ticket or hotel reservation without a personalized travel relationship, we may not be the best fit. Our typical client travels 1 to 20 times per year, with an average annual spend of $100,000 or more.

Fee Structure

Design fees generally range from $500 to $1,500, while airline ticket arrangements cost between $65 and $150 per person, depending on factors like advance notice, airline programs, season, traveler count, and destinations.

We waive upfront fees in two cases:

  • Standalone hotel confirmations that require less than 45 minutes.

  • Clients with pretax annual land expenditures exceeding $800,000.

Please note that both cases are subject to a 10% cancellation fee in addition to hotel or Destination Management Company (DMC) policies.

Our initial 20-minute consultation is complimentary, providing an opportunity to determine if we are a good fit for your travel needs.
